Metabolic Balance® helps you reach your health goals faster. The nutrition plan is personalized to you based on your health history and blood test results. Once this nutrition plan is formed, our coaches will discuss the healthy, specific, and varied meals you can consume. It is surprising how easy it is to change your diet! There are 8 important rules and an app to support you. From the very start of the program, you will have a personal coach (Brianne or Dr. Maggie) who will support you through the program. You can contact your coach at any time, so feel free to ask questions and communicate your progress. In return, you will receive lots of practical tips and motivational advice.
There are 4 Phases to the program:
- Phase 1: This phase begins the process of detoxification and elimination and is key in preparing your metabolism for the next phase.
- Phase 2: For the first two weeks, you must eat only the foods specified in your personal nutrition plan. After that, oil will be reintroduced into your diet alongside the occasional treat meal, for which you can enjoy whatever you like.
- Phase 3: More foods will be added to your food list.
- Phase 4: On the basis of your knowledge of and experience with the previous three phases, you may now experiment for yourself and get to know which foods are right for you. Now you may begin to slowly ease yourself away from the plan while still following the nutrition advice you have learned during the program.
Individual nutrition plans are based on each individual’s dietary requirements. Your own plan will contain foods that are optimal for your metabolism. Quantities, advice, and recipe information for all stages of the program are also supplied.
